Alyssa was such a responsive and friendly host! - We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property; plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). We were close enough to Sedona for shopping/restaurants and to experience hiking and ATVing excursions, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle in order to enjoy quiet and peaceful evenings outside. The game room was a hit with the kids, the backyard fire pit was used daily, and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen/grill was set up great for us to cook most of our dinners at the house. My husband and son were also able to do some fishing in the creek that was within walking distance…We would absolutely stay here again if we travel to Sedona & can not recommend this property enough.

Alyssa was a great host! There was an issue with the hot tub prior to our arrival but she was quick to get a vendor out to look at it & credited us a fair amount for the inconvenience. The house felt private and the game room was a fun touch!

The views on the lake are stunning and the cabin is so cozy and private. Alyssa was so prompt answering any questions. My husband and I really enjoyed our time here!

Absolutely loved our weekend stay! The cottage was cute, clean, and perfect for the 4 of us. The deck was amazing and perfect for our polar plunge activities. Loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Enjoyed grilling steaks with the BBQ grill. The Hot Tub was perfect for nightly relaxation. The large kitchen window that opened up to the bar section on the deck was the cherry on top for our dinner meals. Lastly but not least - OMG the lake was breathtaking!!! Would absolutely book again!!

Amazing spot with great views. Me and 15 other friends did a group trip here and it was more than enough space. Thanks again maybe we will come back in the future!

As someone who spends 25 days a month on the road for work, I had an awesome time at this property. So much space, secluded, but also close to downtown Sedona. Movie theater & hot tub were such cool features as well. Nearby hikes, entertainment, and all things Arizona. I recommend all the way.

Our family had such a fun time staying in this home! The game room is awesome and the surrounding woods are so peaceful! My only slight negative was neighbors dogs barking and getting into the yard each day, nothing against the host so didn’t affect my overall rating! Thanks so much!

This was a great place to stay, no doubt. Our group of 5 loved it. If you have a larger group, make sure to plan accordingly as it would be tight. it was perfect for us. Thanks Alyssa!!
